[R129 SL] automatic gearbox update

My ASR light is also on (each time I start the engine and drive for about 2  
miles).  Which pump are you referring to?  Is there a sump that should  be 
checked for oil level in order to prevent disastrous breakdown?  Is  this a 
maintenance problem?
