Good going Jan.  That's the kind of innovation that makes this 129 group a 
joy to be part of.
Here in North Carolina I keep the top off most of the year.

I am going to change my thermostat in my 1996 SL500 so if anyone has done it 
please let me know the details.  Also, I understand there is a filter in the 
cabin air path somewhere below the dash.  I tried to find it the other day 
without success.  Any help is appreciated.
