The headlight wiper arm stops beyond the "stop point" marker on the =
headlamp. I can't figure out how to remove and/or reposition the arm. =
Can anyone give me a few tips?
It seems that if that wiper arm stops outside the normal travel area it =
keeps the headlamp washer pump running constantly---
