To anyone that hasn't seen it, I recommend watching David Henderson's 
video, Lamb Survival.  You might also want to take temps on floppy 
lambs, as hypothermia can be a problem. And it doesn't have to be cold 
out for a lamb to be hypothermic. Sometimes a dextrose/glucose injection 
will get a hypothermic lamb going.
