[Jacob-list] Jacob-list Digest, Vol 68, Issue 1

My daughter shears with ROYAL ICON Mechanical Shearing Hand piece
using the worm drive http://www.circle-s-fabrication.com/Heiniger.htm.
We have the Lister and Oster also called "hot handles because the
motor is in the handle" using a 13 tooth comb and 4 point cutter
http://www.vittetoe.com/showstopper/showclipper.htm. If you have more
than 20 to 30 sheep you should really think about the Royal Icon or
something similar because they do not get hot as fast with motor
separate, and there not as heavy. If you can't afford the Icon the
Lister is my second choice because it seems to be lighter and faster
than the Oster with less heat.

I would like to poll the group as to preferences here, who uses electric, who uses clippers, and which make of either do you swear by? (or at?).
