[Jacob-list] Lambing Questions

The average date here is 149 days, but I've had some go 153 and one 154. I think the older ewes have a tendency to bag up sooner and heavier. By discharge, do you mean the mucous plug? One vet told me it could be as long as 48 hours after that and I did have one go 48 hours (she must have read the same book the vet did) before an easy, no problem delivery. I'd think pretty soon if you're seeing softening.
