[Jacob-list] Registrations/ my apologies

The fees on jsba.org were incorrect.  I mistakenly interpreted Robin's fee schedule as adding the rush fee per animal.  The rush fee is per rush order.  The website is corrected and I sincerely apologize to everyone. I guess I need to have someone come and beat me over the head.
