[Jacob-list] Homemade Hay

I have some tall grass, about 2 ft, in front of my property.  It has not
been sprayed with anything.  I bought a sickle an cut a two wheelbarrows
full.  Question, how do I dey and "cure" it so that I can feed it to my
sheep later in the summer when there is less to forage on?
