[Jacob-list] butchering small lamb

I sold a lamb a bit smaller than this to somebody that butchered it 
whole, stuffed the chest cavity with pork sausage, and then smoked the 
whole thing in a pit overnight.  They served it at a July fourth 
barbecue.  I failed to get myself invited, so I can not tell you how it 
turned out.
