[Jacob-list] butchering small lamb

I decided today to take a young lamb to be butchered.  He's just not
something I want to look at while waiting for him to grow.  He's probably 40
lbs, maybe.

We always butcher larger animals and have the standard - roasts, chops, and
ground meat - cuts.  Has anyone done a small lamb for grilling?  How would
you cut it?  Maybe in quarters?  Any suggestions would be appreciated for
either cutting or recipes.
