    That is the next thing that you learn...... that even if you can 
give the "authorities" all the info. dealing with the fraud,  they will 
tell you you are such a little fish in the big sea, that they do not 
have the time to or energy to do anything.  It is pretty amazing, so 
please know what you are doing before anything happens.
