You might try a spinner's group, county extension office, 4H/FFA group or  
the like.  Here in WV, we have a number of small "trading post" type  printed 
papers, much like a newsletter that people buy each week.  It works  well for 
advertising, provided people know about the breed.
 
If you are not a JSBA member, you might consider becoming one.  There  is a 
membership listing you can asked to be placed on for contacts on breeding  
stock sales, among other things.  It's a great way to showcase your sheep  and any 
products you might have via Jacob wool or the like.  We receive  many 
contacts from maintaining our own website.  It generates  many sales and there are 
plenty of website options out there for beginners to  the computer savvy.
