I have had a fair amount of success with splinting calves using foam pipe insulation, wooden paint stirrers and elastic tape. I do not think I have seen this in sheep. In cattle it can be seen in large calve that are born with the front feet are folded a bit too much.

Subject: [Jacob-list] Bent Foot
Hi All, We have now had our first lambs--three sets of twins, including twins that we were not expecting from a yearling ewe. After a week, we discovered that one of her lambs has "bent foot" on the right rear leg. Lawson's book recommends physical therapy to stretch the ligaments, which we have now been doing for 24 hours. Has anyone had experience with this? What is the probability of successfully correcting this condition so that she can walk on the toes instead of the top of her foot? Since it has been a week before discovered this, is there a more aggressive treatment? What about splinting the foot forward? Thanks!
