My experience has been similar to Linda's regarding dispositions.....I have a very friendly ewe who loves to be petted and scratched who typically has triplets.  She has  delivered friendly lambs and lambs that never learn to like people.....seems like their disposition is predisposed.  

As a mom of two adult daughters I can honestly say that their personalities were evident in utero -- and some aspects of their personalities still have us totally stumped -- which side of the family can we blame???  ;-)
