I am getting close to a real market for grass fed lamb and some beef. I have been selling some on the hoof but I need to find a USDA approved facility where I can have it done so I can sell it by the package. I am in SW Oregon and I am hoping to find something not more than a couple hundred miles from me. Thanks in advance Margaret
