[Jacob-list] shearing

Sue and all,

Shearing in 40-50 degree weather would be like heaven to my sheep. We shear the third week of February and invariably get a cold snap around that time. The weakest sheep sometimes have problems, but I notice that all the sheep bunch up and sleep closely together for a couple weeks---then spread back out. Have done this for 4-5 years now.

If you notice your babies---they shiver for several days as well when they are born.
