OK, having successfully done the sheep-slaughter thang (thank you all for
your advice), I turn my attention to putting Ducks in the freezer for
Christas dinner.

Does anyone here know if ducks have a crop the way chickens do?  Nothing
I've readtalks about removing a crop, but everything I've read talks about
providing baby ducks with grit...so.....will I have a crop to be careful of
, or no?

Hoping that our North Carolinian shepherds are battening down the hatches,
