Dear List: 

We had two ewes who lost their lambs this year.  I
have been milking these ewes and making cheese from
the milk.  Feta Cheese, so far.  

I'm wondering if any of you might know of a good
online site for reliable cheese making information?  

I understand that Romano can also be made from Sheep's
milk.
