[Jacob-list] butcher lamb laws

In Georgia you can not allow others to butcher on your property unless you are a 
state inspected slaughter facility.  There was a big stink on it a few years ago.  

I think some of the ethnic buyers bought some property in the Atlanta area.  Now 
they can buy sheep from all over the state and then butcher at their own farm.

The fines are quite steep as Robin says.
