[Jacob-list] cutting horns

A friend of mine bought a wether from me fro a pet and now his side horn is
pointing into his cheek. I know this has been discussed before but I can't
remember how you cut this. Any advice? And what about a ram whose curled
horn is getting close to the cheek--in this case its the width of the horn,
not the point.
