Mary, that's very well said. ALL organizations are
made up of people with different personalities and
temperaments. ALL organizations have challenges with
"politics" and "relationships". (My older daughter
showed horses and competed in dressage and cross
country events for years! I could relate stories that
would curl your hair about organizations and
personalities!) We must keep our focus on recording
the breeding history of our wonderful animals and not
get bogged down in the details.
