rasqlinsert partition by month

Hey CS Lee,
To make the tables monthly, adjust the time and take the day out of the table name:

    rasqlinsert -S argus -w mysql://user@localhost/db/table_%Y_%m -M time 1M

If that doesn't work, holler !!!!
