rasqlinsert partition by month

hi Carter,

I'm not sure if I'm overlooking, rasqlinsert can partition the table based
on the time, especially for daily table, is there an easy way for it to
roll based on month?

rasqlinsert -S argus -w mysql://user@localhost/db/table_%Y_%m_%d -M time 1d

Rasqlinsert can do this easily to create daily table, is there a way for it
to do it easily with monthly table.
