Strange problem after upgrade from Fedora 13 to Fedora 14

tcpdump came with Fedora, so I assume it's compiled/linked correctly.

I'm going to try some things tomorrow to see if I can narrow down what the
issue is, and go from there.  I suspect a kernel driver issue.
