Hey Peter,
   Thanks!!  One thing to watch is the new ./configure
to see if its testing for LSF support or not.  This is
very preliminary, and right now we're just checking
for Linux 2.4 and I think glibc gte 2.

   The next step is to compile a program that will test
something other than creating a 2Gbyte file to see
if there is LFS support, and Martin gave me some good
leads on that front.
