argus-2.0.4.beta.2 testing

	Compiles and works (at a brief test) in OpenBSD. I expect the problem
on FreeBSD is the bpf patch isn't in the kernel and thus bpf is eating all 
the packets because the buffer isn't full (I'll try the new version and the
kernel patch there next). Then its on to installing bison on NetBSD ...
