Hey Peter,
   Hmmmmmmmm, I found the deny_severity problem.
The new configure.in changed our -D TCPWRAPPER
to -D HAVE_TCP_WRAPPER.  I'm amazed that I didn't
pick that up, hmmmmmmmmm.

   So, ftp://qosient.com/dev/argus-2.0/argus-2.0.4.beta.3.tar.gz

has the fix in place for this issue.
