argus-2.0.0q revised

Gentle people,
   I have just uploaded a new argus-2.0.0q which
implements the ARGUS_FIELD_DELIMITER option in the
ra* resource file, .rarc.  Please give it a try, as
this highlights the need to modify the output format
of the man records and I'd like to get some input.
If you downloaded "q" then please refetch at:
ftp://qosient.com/dev/argus/argus-2.0/argus-2.0.0q.tar.gz

   This implements a few more variables, such as
ARGUS_PRINTHEADERS, to get the column labels.

   I added support for $ARGUSPATH, and added $PWD to
the default search path, when $ARGUSPATH doesn't exist.
So the current default search path for the .rc files
is  "$PWD:$ARGUSHOME:$HOME".
