At least you must remove the arcobatreader what is on the vista computer,or disconnect it from the files. You must install and use the adobe 5.0 reader what is on the cd. And also install the program what cracks  the dealer code. I cannot believe that the IP browser is the issue, Vista should be working while the cd operates on internet browser technolegie combined with arcobatreader for the drawings. Jan flying Dutchmen
