[R129 SL] Sudden Engine miss on my 1996 SL500 - M119 engine

George, I had a similar problem just after I got my 500SL. It seemed to
happen just after I had filled up with petrol/gasoline but in the end,
that was a red herring and M-B diagnosed a burnt rotor arm and
distributor cap. Replacing these cured my problem at a cost of Euros 87
= about $120.
