[R129 SL] ECU Performance Chips

I'm not sure how chipable your car is..  The pre OBD II cars have swappable
chips, but after that they are soldered in.

I'd wager you would need to send your ECU's out to be re-flashed w/ a new
map for any sort of increase in power.
