[R129 SL] 1992 500SL

Just replaced the Belt Tensioner and not sure what tension to put on the
belt. The belt still squeaks even at 50 mph. Could the belt be stretched out
and need replacing also? If so, does anyone have any suggestions on where to
get a replacement?
