[R129 SL] SL600 ADS Lite on

Hi all. 
I'm hoping some of you may have experience with the Mercedes ADS system. My  
car is a 1997 SL600, but I believe the system is similar on all models so  
equipped. I have had a recurring problem with the ADS light coming on, usually  
after about 20 min of driving. Eventually the system stops working. ie you cant 
 raise or lower the car hydraulically and the ride defaults to sport mode. I  
had the dealer check it and they informed me that the right front  
acceleration sensor was faulty, so had that replaced. They also pointed out that  the 
accumulators were almost out of nitrogen..(gave me a bouncy ride). So I also  
replaced all four of them. Unfortunately it didn't fix the problem. The dealer  
cleared the faults and when the light came on again I returned to the dealer 
to  have the codes read again. This time they said it was the left front  
acceleration sensor. They removed it and bench tested it and said it was working  
fine, so it must be something else. Which is where I'm at now. The dealers idea 
 is to just keep replacing stuff until it's fixed. I'm hoping someone on the 
list  has a better suggestion.
