[R129 SL] SL 500 Power Steering Fluid.

What are the power steering fluid requirements
for my '95 SL 500 ? The owners manual just
says "MB power steering fluid" . Will  a
quality off the shelf brand like Valveoline
Max Life be appropriate ?  Or do I need
to make a trip to the dealer ?  I know
Honda is unique in their power steering
fluid needs ....is MB too  ?
