As I recall, the whole setup was about $3k -- but this was back around 
1996, so my memory is a bit vague.  Also, I think I was wrong in stating 
the sizes - as someone else said, they're 275x35-18 in the rear and 
245x40-18 in front.  If I had it to do again, by the way, I'd probably 
reconsider the "staggered size" approach.  Although I'm sure it gives 
slightly better handling, it also means you can't rotate tires at all. 
And between the very short tire life and the big differences between 
front and rear wear, it would sure be nice to be able to rotate.

And thanks for the advice re Lexus dealers...  I'll remember that tidbit 
in the future!
