I am so *issed off right now I cant see straight. On 11-06-03 I dropped my Black 99 r129 off at the dealer to have the seat repaired because of some premature wear, the vehicle only has 23,700 miles on it the factory warranty expired on 9-14-03. I also had a slight vibration coming from the center consul. They replaced the seat leather and stated that one motor mount was cracked and the other broke? I paid for labor the dealer supplied the parts. When I picked the vehicle up on 11-14-03 it was raining and has been for most of the week end. Today was the first day that I could wash the vehicle upon doing so I notice scratches down to the primer on the truck lid as if someone place something heavy and slide it off the deck. the area covered is four inches wide and goes from left to right about fourteen inches. On the front hood there are thinner scratches but much longer ones. I called the service rep and told him that I will be in the morning to discuss this. My point? Hell I dont
have one, when one drop there vehicle off at the dealer the expectation is, at least on my part, is that it will be taken care of as if it was in my garage. I dought I have any recourse.

in fact, every hardtop has to be "aligned" to the relevant car. i have
both the normal hardtop and a panoramic-hardtop. no problem so far.

i had a second glas roof, which fits perfectly to a fried to which this
one was sold.

see:
http://www.classic-roadster.de/modules/gallery/r129-panoramadach-ansichten?&page=2

the only thing is, that the "dichtungen" (sorry, dont know the right
word) for pre 96-cars had to be changed on the glass-hardtop, will cost
about 800 USD.

best regards
c.
