The pad you're refering to is manufactured by EBC. It is a Kevlar brake pad and does not produce as much dust as the normal type. Unless you use your brakes hard (on a race track for example) I wouldn't even consider the EBC Red Stuff pads, go for EBC Green Stuff which are fine for normal road use and 'spirited' driving!!!
