Also, check the overvoltage protection relay.  It has a 10 amp fuse in
the top of it.

My SL has started occassionally (of course) losing power, accelerator
pedal stiffens up, 
ASC light comes on....weird stuff....I pull over, turn off, and restart
and all's fine...I'm 
guessing electrical and will replace that fuse for good measure...any
other ideas???
