[R129 SL] Bounced E-mails and No Mail

For those of you wondering why you may not have been receiving posts,
check your e-mail preferences on the website.  

If your e-mail address bounces when the server is attempting to deliver
a post, the server will attempt 3 times to redeliver.  If your e-mail is
still bouncing at that moment in time, the server will then disable mail
delivery to your e-mail address (designated by the "no mail" option
being checked in your preferences) and continue to deliver posts to the
other members.  This is to prevent the list server from stalling on
e-mail address that keep bouncing, etc.
