The '92 and the '02 might have the same pinouts but there is one difference.
Instead of the oil pressure indicator it now has an oil temp indicator.  I
would thing this might prevent you from swapping it.

Will an instrument cluster unit from a Silver Arrow fit a standard 129
(specifically a '92 500SL)?  The pinouts in the back look identical but
my dealer says no.
