         The problem does not lay with Grimes & Co, for the record, they 
are very good that way.  It's just that the people in customs, either by 
lack of attention or whatever, seem to ignore such things as paperwork fomr 
time to time.  Yes, you can apply for a refund on assed duty & taxes, but 
you still have to pay up front, and it takes sometimes a year to get a 
refund.
         this is not to say it happenes all the time, but when it does, ouch.
