It's a digital Nikon I'm buying my wife. As to a small shovel as I am older
I should point out that my wife is younger. (I also bid for a old film
Nikon slr on eBay to keep in the car.} The coast in question is due south
of London but the cold spell is arriving from the Arctic.Cornwall is due
west on the Atlantic coast warmed by the North Atlantic Drift. as is
Ullapool much further north on the Scottish west coast which does have palm
trees but still gets v cold by UK standards. I am bidding for an 8 on 120 rf
back for my Sinar as maybe it will suit better than my 10 on 120 Calumet, at
least the longer negative can't be bad but printshops are more familiar with
10 on 120. LF stuff seems cheap on Ebay.co.uk, big lenses, old monorails,
sliding focussing/filmbacks etc.Funny how dear stuff looks on US websites-We
always said things were cheaper in New York but not in reality, quite apart
from warranty claims being a problem. In Australia they have cave wall
paintings, development takes millenia. My Uncle Dick is out there somewhere,
can't come home yet, uncle, the writ is still running . You could fit sails
to the 10x8 wooden Shenhao and sail to Polynesia. You can tell it's
getting late. PL
