[LargeFormat] Death of Large Format !

Hi Jim,

I'm getting 100% colour managed lightjet prints from a Sydney company on
Kodak Metallic paper, and they are magnificent (even if I do say so myself
... :-) They also print on Kodak B&W paper (can't remember their name for
it), so there is absolutely no colour cast.

Give them a try - Pixel Perfect is their name and they deal world wide.
www.pixelperfect.com.au is their URL. They cost 0.093 aussie dollars per
square inch (making a 16x20 print US$21.92 on today's exchange rate). I'm
not connected with them in any way other than a normal supplier/customer
relationship.

I'd love to get your opinion on the differences between to two processes.
Perhaps you could send me a small scrap from an otherwise ruined optical
cibachrome print, together with a corresponding digital file that I can
print. After I've compared them, I'll send both back to you and file a
report here for all to see.

Cheers,
Graeme Hird
