[LargeFormat] Shooting LF in below freezing conditions

Overcast & 20 C here as well - but overcast with thundershowers.

I have a book of photographs from Shackleton's last Antarctic expedition. Not much on the technical aspects, which memory tells me focused on moving the glass plates intact from abandoning the ship to eventual rescue.
