[LargeFormat] Expanding and Contracting Ilford FP4+

When I was still working semi-professionally, I used Ilfosol-S at 1+14 on MF 
film. I gave my studio shots a slight expansion by increasing the temperature 
to 24=B0C with the recommended time for 20=B0C. This came to be a habit, so much 
so that I discovered the film would survive the same treatment on long-range 
landscapes.

For contraction I discovered (last summer) that split D23 gives very good 
results without losing shadow detail or definition. This was on 5x7" film, 
which brings it back to f32 range...
