[LargeFormat] Handle for 11x14 Korona

Hi Folks:

Thanks for all of the ideas.  I don't want to get the original type of
handle because sometimes I carry that thing up to a mile and the
original will "cut" into my hand.

I'm going to try a luggage repair shop and/or get one of these leather
handles from Rockler as suggested by Michael and Stuart:
