Uncle Dick,

I am deeply disappointed htat you forgot there is also a Norwegian "rævhull" on this list.

I have considered translating my German manual of photography into English for the benefit of this list - mostly because it is from 1910 and 
considers 13x18cm "small format". I believe there would be some useful hints for Shen-Hao users there, but if I'm forgotten....
