[LargeFormat] cropping

When I use the 'blad, I get square images.  When I use a panoramic camera, I
get panoramic images, and when I shoot 4x5, it is sometimes difficult to
crop even to an 11x14.

If an image is cropped from the full neg, it is usually because I saw
something in the neg that didn't occur to me when out freezing or roasting
or soaking in the field.
