Rstein........
(winks) Oh I have played with digital and it does have it's good and
bad attributes. My main complaint is the Density of the image. Digital
looks great on the screen of a monitor.......... alas once printed you
realize we are NOT even close to the density of film..............
I have even gone as far as to scan TRANNY sheets and get great results.
There is just something about the old (even new old) bellows camera that
catches peoples glance when in the field>>>>> I carry my 8X10 as if an
SLR.........lay it on tables sideways and even on ground (it is with
me every place I go........ my trusty 4X5 pinhole with it side by side....
Great conversation pieces but the real deal seems to be OLD SCHOOL antics
which I try to keep alive. ( am a life long machinist born and raised
in the trade) so I have not a problem making anything I wish to play
with. JEEPERS would love the time huh guys?????????

(actual name) densell peters jr.
