That would be the Claron 210. They are repro lens as used in the 
graphics and press industries until digital came along. They are 
corrected for 1:1 reproduction, have good coverage even at infinity 
but probably need to be stopped down a bit (maybe f22) to achieve 
their optimum results at infinity. They tend to be found in barrel 
rather than shutter and are excellent lenses.

The 127 Ektar was the standard press photographer's lens as often 
fitted to many 4x5 Speed and Crown Graphics. They cover 4x5 with no 
movements and produce excellent images. Usually in a Kodak shutter, 
plenty of them around and reasonably priced.
